He spoke for 13 years without reasonable pay before his 2023 breakthrough in Singapore led to stages across the United States, Spain, India and beyond.

CANASA is the Cameroon National Speakers Association, founded by Oliver Nshom to raise the standard of professional speaking in Cameroon. It has five chapters and hosts a national convention in Buea — the country's flagship personal development event.
TIPS is the certification and training institute founded by Oliver Nshom. Its certification training and examinations are delivered in Cameroon under licence by CANASA, with limited, numbered seats per cohort.
