Oliver Nshom is a global keynote speaker, transformational coach, and visionary founder of TOLKZ™ and the Global Speakers Advantage platform. Born and raised in Cameroon, Oliver discovered early in life that words were not just a means of communication — they were a force capable of moving people, shifting culture, and reshaping destinies.
With over 16 years of experience in the speaking and personal development industry, Oliver has dedicated his life to raising a generation of influential voices — people who don't just speak, but shape industries, shift mindsets, and inspire global change. He holds the historic distinction of being the first Cameroonian speaker to travel out of Africa on an official speaking invitation by a National Speakers Association — the Asian Professional Speakers Association in Singapore — marking the beginning of his global speaking journey.
Today, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he leads one of the most respected speaking and coaching ecosystems in the world. As the Founder & President of The Texas Institute of Public Speaking (TIPS) and CEO of TOLKZ™, Oliver has built platforms that have empowered communicators across 16+ countries — from corporate boardrooms to church pulpits, from university halls to global summits. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master's in Educational Leadership at Atlantic International University, United States.
He is not merely a speaker. He is an architect of voices — someone who sees the potential in people that they cannot yet see in themselves, and who knows exactly how to bring it forward.
